Make Your Eyes Look Brighter!

My eyes look completely different when I don’t wear makeup and that’s because I always aim for my eyes to look awake and brighter which I feel can be enhanced greatly with makeup.

Here are my tips for brighter, awake looking eyes!

CONCEAL!

Use a concealer that is 1 or 2 shades lighter than your skin tone.

I love liquid based concealers because they seem to dry better and don’t feel as greasy or cakes on my skin but go with whatever you feel works for you! I’m currently using Maybelline eraser eye concealer.

Depending on how bad my under eye circles are I sometimes conceal underneath my foundation, and if I’m satisfied that’ll be fine or I conceal underneath foundation then top it up again on top of foundation then I blend with face powder

Conceal under your eyes strobing outwards almost in a v shape or triangle, so that the concealer isn’t just sitting under your eyes, under your eyebrow and on your eyelids to make the eye area appear brighter. Blend this in so that you can’t see any creases and lines.

HIGHLIGHT

Highlighting your brow bone and in the corners of your eyes can make your eyes look so much brighter.

I use a light coloured highlighter from the too faced chocolate bar palette called ‘champagne truffle’. I sometimes use benefit’s high beam highlighter which is liquid form, and sometimes I use both depending on how much highlighter I want to use.

USE A FLESH COLOURED EYELINER

I’ve been doing this step for years and it definitely makes a difference, I can’t not do this anymore when I’m not wearing makeup.

I use a flesh coloured eyeliner – Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner in Nude – and I line my waterline and sometimes I tightline also using this colour.

I’m not sure why but my eyes look so awake when I also tightline using the nude, better than if I tightline using a darker colour.

CURL YOUR EYELASHES

Curling your eyelashes DOES make a difference! Once you do it you will be addicted.

I curl my eyelashes before I apply mascara and I hold the eyelash curlers on for 10 seconds then release.

I then apply mascara evenly and then wait for that to dry, then I curl them a few times after and apply more mascara if I need to.

You won’t believe the difference it makes to your eyelashes by curling them. It really makes your eyes look wider.

You can get an eyelash curler from any drugstore.

MASCARA

A good mascara matters because you want the application to be even, not heavy and you don’t want clumpy eyelashes.

The best mascara I’ve ever used would be benefit’s they’re real and this made my eyelashes so long without curling them.

Another good mascara I’ve used would be the L’Oréal Miss Manga which was amazing. L’Oréal have a great range of mascaras, I’ve also used the million lashes and the false lash superstar mascara.

WINGED EYELINER (OPTIONAL)

Sometimes winged eyeliner can make people’s eyes look more open or can make your eyes look smaller depending on how you do your eyeliner.

I try and do mine evenly making sure I don’t wing it out too thick. I also find it easy to use an eyeliner liquid pen although it’s annoying when the tip turns weird or it appears to have run out.

At the moment I’m using maybelline precise liquid eyeliner it’s amazing.

Practice makes perfect with winging eyeliner and tape is amazing to use if you’re a beginner! (See tape tutorial here)

I feel like if I line my eyelids close to the corners my eyes appear smaller I’m not sure why, but if I line from the middle and outwards, they look more awake.

Drugstore Haul! Boots UK

I’ve needed new makeup for ages so I decided to go crazy and order some new products online which was a gamble remembering shades and just taking a wild guess!

I love Boots I practically live in there. I’ve got a Boots advantage card and sometimes they do deals, for example they buy 1 get one half price on Maybelline products and 3 for 2 on L’Oréal Products.

Here’s what I ordered:

L’Oréal Infallible 24H Matte foundation

• L’Oréal infallible 24H Matte Primer

• L’Oréal Mega Volume Miss Manga Mascara

I’ve tried out the foundation before and I fell in love with it, I was using Maybelline Matte and Poreless for a while but it didn’t agree with my skin, so I decided to go back to Infallible.

I’ve also tried the mascara years ago and I loved how wide it made my eyes, and how lovely and long my eyelashes looked.

The Infallible primer is new and I can’t wait to see the results properly. I’ve tried this product twice and I love how it feels on my skin and my makeup lasts a long time. I have oily skin, so Matte products are my favourite, using the primer and foundation together has left my skin Matte all day (however I haven’t worn this product for longer than 7 hours) so I will need to wear this a few more times to see if I still love it.

NYX HD Studio Photogenic Concealer

• NYX Matte Finish Setting Spray

I’m really impressed with the concealer, I’ve only used it twice like the L’Oréal primer, but the coverage is amazing.

Again, the setting spray is also new and I’ve only used it a couple times. I’m impressed so far and like I said above, Matte is my favourite because my skin is oily. So far so good, I’ve read up on reviews and they seem amazing, I can’t wait to try this out for a long amount of hours to see how well it keeps my makeup in place.

Maybelline Super Stay Powder

• Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner

The super stay powder is amazing and I love how it makes my skin look flawless after I apply my foundation and concealer. I like the fact it’s waterproof and I’m lucky that the shade Sand wasn’t too dark for my skin!

The master precise liquid eyeliner is amazing! I love pen liquid eyeliner I find it easier to apply, with this I get to build up my eyeliner by starting off thin and I’m able to thicken the like to however I like.

• Curls Unleashed Coconut & Avocado Curl Smoothie

First time ordering this product as I couldn’t find the Cantu Hair product. This smells delicious, and I love how my curls look defined with this product. It also works well in my sons hair (I only apply a little)

So far I’m happy about the products I’ve ordered but I’ll have to see how well the products last on my face during long hours.

What’s your favourite drugstore products?

Empties Post – My NYX Matte Lipsticks 😓

I'm completely obsessed with Matte lipsticks, but I look for the ones that feel velvety on my lips and don't dry them up as much.

For a couple of months I have had the NYX Lingerie Matte lipsticks. I fell in love with 3 of their colours and would wear these colours daily without fail.

Sometimes I would mix them together, or sometimes (nearly always) i would line my lips with a deep plum colour from L'Oréal called 'Intense Plum', and then put the lipstick on top. The reason why I do this is that it makes my lips look bigger, sometimes I find the brown lip liners don't make my lips look as big as this plum colour from L'Oréal, I'm not sure why!

The 3 colours I fell in love with are:

Lace Detail
• Push Up
• Ruffle Trim

Which are sadly completely empty!

A re order is over due.

They feel lovely on my lips and they last so long throughout the day.

You can wear these colours with any outfit, that's why my makeup always looks the same because I never switch my lip colour.

When I mix them together, I try to make a mauve colour or a pink nude, because I feel like this compliments me and I love them colours especially when I wear eyeshadow.

I still have a few colours that I'd want to try from the lingerie collection, and I also want to try other colours from the liquid suede collection as I've fallen in love with Sandstorm and Soft Spoken.

I'm obsessed with Matte lipsticks, tell me your recommendations!

Easy DIY Green Tea Scrub/Mask For Acne Prone Skin

This mask has helped me in the past to keep my skin under control, and it makes your skin so soft. I'd recommend to do this twice a week so it's not so harsh on your skin.

Try and keep this up as it helps with pigmentation caused by acne and it helps unclog pores which leads to break outs.

You will need:

• Brewed Green tea – has antibacterial properties which helps eliminate bacteria that can cause breakouts

• Honey – full of antioxidants which slows down aging and has also got antibacterial properties.

• Sugar – is a natural skin exfoliant. This will help get rid of dead skin and unclog pores.

Add 4 tablespoons of green tea to the bowl then add 8 table spoons of sugar to the mixture.

Mix together until a thick consistency forms.

If the mixture is too watery, add another table spoon of sugar, or if it's too thick add a tea spoon of green tea

You want the consistency to be thick but not too thick so the mixture should fall off the spoon.

After you get the consistency add the honey to the mix and stir together then your good to go.

If you want a bigger batch slowly keep adding one teaspoon of green tea and then two table spoons of sugar to make the batch bigger.

You can also keep the scrub in your fridge for up to 3 days.

Apply the mixture to the areas you wish to treat.

You can use this scrub for the whole of your body, it's also good to use this scrub on your legs a day before you shave so you're not at risk of getting ingrowing hairs.

When you apply the scrub it will feel sticky.

In soft circular motions, begin to rub into the skin.

Do this for a minute so you're uncloggingyour pores, and getting rid of dead skin.

You also have the option to leave the scrub on your skin until the mixture goes a little hard. It can act as a mask and will allow the skin loving ingredients to penetrate.

I definitely do this on my face and my shoulders.

I normally leave the mixture on for 10 minutes that's enough time for the sugar to harden (that's when you know it's done).

When the mixture thickens some product may fall off your skin because as I said the sugar hardens so be mindful that this can be a bit messy!

When it's time to wash off, just make sure that you've got all the product off your skin. Normally areas where the sugar will stay is your hairline and by your ears.

Feel how soft your skin is afterwards.

By Exfoliating, you're removing the dead skin, allowing your products to penetrate into the skin more making it a lot healthier.

After doing this twice a week for a while you will notice that your skin is more radiant, glowy and your breakouts should improve.

It also helps with pigmentation in the long run. Like I said you must use this twice a week, if you're finding that this is too harsh on your skin then maybe try this once a week.

I hope this mask works well for you! My skin always feels lovely and soft afterwards.

Stretch Marks – Gaining Confidence

Stretch marks can be annoying especially when you didn't have them before but can now notice them.

You can get stretch marks for a number of reasons such as gaining or losing a significant amount of weight, having a baby and when your body is changing such as going to the gym and muscles are growing.

If you've had a baby and you're self conscious of my stretch marks, I promise the first year they will look worse than what they will turn out to be.

With time they eventually fade and they're not as pigmented.

I feel like this is the case for all stretch marks, although stretch marks come in all different sizes, it's a natural thing that occurs.

My stretch marks were a a deep purple colour, now they're a silver colour, and this is the case for majority of people.

Stretch marks are common on your arms, chest area, legs, stomach, hips and back.

You can get stretch marks in any area, it's something that naturally happens.

There are creams that can fade stretch marks such as Bio Oil but you need patience to finally see results.

I've became comfortable with my stretch marks because I know it was because I had a bun in the oven. Some women are lucky and don't have stretch marks, but mine are for a blessed reason and I shouldn't be ashamed.

It's the same for my chest area, hips and I even got stretch marks on my thighs while I was pregnant because I did gain weight as well as being pregnant!

Like I said, at first stretch marks can be a darker colour until they fade into a silvery colour.

Don't be ashamed of your stretch marks. They're a part of you and you shouldn't feel the need to hide them.

Some people even find this attractive!

Embrace your tiger stripes! Just because you have stretch marks doesn't mean your body isn't as beautiful as ever. The problem with our society is everyone is aiming to be perfect.

People aim to hide their flaws, and I get if it's a deep insecurity, but this is natural and almost impossible to not get.

Majority of people have stretch marks, even before I had my child I had stretch marks on my hips because of gaining weight and then loosing it over the years, also on my thighs a little bit because I used to go to the gym. It's not necessarily a bad thing.

Remember, you're your own biggest critic. People don't even notice the flaws on you until you point them out and make it into a major deal.

Love yourself and always be kind to yourself,

Vanity Planet – Spin For Perfect Skin First Impressions

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

I was so excited to have this delivered!

The spin for perfect skin came fairly quick.

I ordered it on the Monday and it came by Thursday, which was so quick considering it was from the US.

The spin device came with 4 brushes

Cleansing Brush – for light exfoliation and to rid your skin of impurities

• Exfoliating Brush – for deep cleaning your skin, purifying your pores and getting rid of left over makeup and impurities from the day (slightly a darker colour to the cleansing brush and bristles are more harder)

• Body Brush – to cleanse and exfoliate your body (good for body acne and to help lighten pigmentation)

• Pumice Stone – for hard skin on feet, elbows and knees.

It also comes with a little booklet for more information on how to use the device and more information about what the brushes should be used for.

It advises that you use a gel cleanser which makes sense because it lathers up amazing on the brush.

Instead, when I first used the device I used my African Black soap because I'm finally seeing slight changes in my skin, so I didn't want to switch up the product when I'm finally seeing results.

So I lathered it up, applied it on my skin and then used the spin brush.

I had to lather up the soap a lot for it to foam up whilst using the spin brush. Like I said it advises to use a gel cleanser so I would try to find a gel cleanser suitable for your skin type. It also suggests not to use an exfoliation scrub along with the spin brush because that can be harsh on your skin.

Personally I thought the brush was going to be faster than what it is, but I suppose it's a good thing because if it was too fast I think it would damage your skin as too much exfoliation can make acne worse.

All the brushes are soft. They're firm, but when you run your fingers through them they are quality bristles specially designed for your skin.

The exfoliation brush is a little tougher than the cleansing brush because it's to lift the dead skin and impurities. The cleansing brush does lift impurities and takes off makeup but the exfoliation is a deeper clean for your skin.

My skin type is oily/combination, I wouldn't say it's sensitive although sometimes depending on the weather and time of the month, my skin will feel sensitive.

Using the spin brush didn't hurt and it made my skin look radiant after the first use. I'm really impressed. Of course there's no change so far but my skin did look healthier after using it and when I looked in natural lighting it looked glowing.

My routine with the spin brush is to use the cleansing brush daily, and then the exfoliating brush twice a week.

The body brush I'll be using every other day so it's not too harsh for my skin.

One thing I will say is do not put the whole device under water. I did this and the device kept stopping and starting. The next day it was fine, but this isn't completely water proof. You can take this in the shower with you or bath but make sure it isn't dunked under the water.

I'll be making an update on the vanity spin brush in a couple months time so I can follow up on my first impression.

The original price was £77.38 and right now it's cut down to £23.21.

I didn't have to pay any taxes when it came, which I was surprised about I just had to pay for delivery which was something like £6.

Reading up on reviews people have had good results from using this brush, on their pigmentation and for their acne. So I'm really excited to see changes.

I like the brush so far let's hope I see changes in my skin!

Nu Skin AP24 Whitening Toothpaste Review: Let’s Be Real..

When you look online for this toothpaste you get one or two reviews but not a lot..

You also tend to find all the reviews follow with people wanting you to buy this product from them, because Nu Skin is a self-employed company which is great for some.

I used to work for Nu-Skin and I had a couple of up-lines, I didn’t get sales and I was recommended to promote products even though I had never tried them myself.

Anyway, I quit representing them because it was time consuming, I wasn’t getting anywhere and it was’t enjoyable for me. Some people however are very successful doing this, but it just wasn’t what I wanted to do.

I ended up with this product and ended up trying it anyway, because I ordered a batch for my cousin who decided she didn’t want it in the end.

It was sitting around in my cupboard for ages, until I actually was running out of toothpaste, so I decided to just use it.

The toothpaste tastes minty but not as intense as Colgate if that makes sense..

It does however really deep clean your teeth. As in your teeth feel extremely clean afterwards.

I mean I didn’t notice any difference in the whiteness of my teeth at first, until 2 weeks into using it.

My teeth are not dramatically whitened, they are probably a shade or two whiter than before.

Ive been using the toothpaste over two months now, and they’re not getting whiter. I also have another tube to get through, so if I find a difference once I open the second tube, I will definitely update this post.

The tube of toothpaste does last a long time, like I said I’ve been using it for two months and I’m only half way down.

I think the way Nu Skin representers promote the product along with promotional pictures of edited people with whiter teeth is false, however I know that to get sales people will exaggerate the product.

I would say it’s worth a try, but only when you have spare cash. I wouldn’t exactly recommend this product or be so enthusiastic to tell everyone about the toothpaste, only if my teeth looked professionally whitened, then I’d be excited.

This is not a bash at Nu skin or the toothpaste by the way, because I feel really mean!

But I have to be honest, and looking online there isn’t many authentic reviews out there without also trying to sell viewers the product.

I wish I could link where to purchase this product, but there’s plenty of Nu skin representers especially when you search on Instagram and Facebook.

Here’s the website to Nu skin

I hope I don’t sound too cold! No hard feelings,

Garnier Soothing Botanical Cleansing Milk, Toner and Daily Moisturiser with Rose Water Review

Hey lovelies,

I hope you are well.

I decided to do a review on these products I got from the Asda event: 3 for the price of 2.

I got the whole set of Garnier Soothing Botanical Rose Water collection and I have been trying this out for a month.

I loved the fact that the ingredients are 96% of their natural origin and only the remaining 4% are preservatives to help the product last longer.

Every morning after my shower I use the cleansing milk, then the toner and then the daily moisturiser and I repeat this process on the night.

The cleansing milk ‘removes makeup and impurities’.

It has a creamy thick consistency, and It smells amazing. It also makes my skin feel so soft.

However, when I do wear makeup I have tried to solely use this to remove my makeup but I feel as though it doesn’t remove every single bit of makeup and I didn’t feel clean enough.

It also wasted so much product trying to remove my full covered face, and it wasted so much time.

So what I do now is I wash my face with a Tea tree soap from Hollands and Barrets which is also a natural based product.

This works better as it doesn’t waste a lot of product and there’s less makeup to remove.

Your skin will feel soft after using the cleansing milk, and even using this alone will make you feel pampered.

Next, after allowing the cleansing milk to sink into my skin, I use the refreshing toner.

The toner also says it ‘removes makeup residue and impurities’.

The consistency is watery, it’s smells delicious and it’s ever so refreshing on your skin. It really brightens you up.

I could honestly see the impurities on my cotton pad, even when I had showered and removed my makeup which makes me feel like I’m really deep cleaning my skin by using the toner to pick up whatever is left on my skin.

I know I’ve used refreshing so many times to describe the toner, but honestly I have never known a toner to be so delicate, smell so lovely and be so kind on your skin.

I really feel refreshed when I use this toner.

The final step to my regime is to use the botanical day cream which is to ‘Hydrate and soothe’.

Although it states ‘day cream’ I do use this on the night too.
The consistency is creamy but very light weight. Again it smells delicious, it also rubs in easily and my skin feels extremely smooth.

Although the day cream is light weight it does feel like it takes forever to actually absorb into my skin.

However I do have an oily skin type so this could be the reason why.

I love the cleansing milk and the toner, and even though I love how soft and refreshing my skin feels with the day cream, maybe I need to find a cream that is going to mattify my oily skin and maybe absorb a little better.

In saying this the cream is to ‘hydrate’ the skin and personally I think this would be someone with dry, sensitive skin’s new favourite moisturiser.

My skin does feel more cleansed and clean by doing this regime every day and every night.

I get a few spots here and there, and I won’t say this has had a significant role in decreasing my acne breakouts, but I think the regime has made my skin smoother and properly cleansed, removing all impurities and excess oil from my skin.

I think with time the products will continue to reduce breakouts effectively which will allow my skin to repair itself.

I’m still going to try the whole collection for another month and I will update this post with my progress with the regime.

They say to try skin care products a try for at least a month to see if it’s agreeing with your skin.

I am actually impressed with the collection.

Let me know what you think of the Botanical Rose Water collection, and how it’s helping your skin.

I hope you love it as much as I do.

Love,

Louise oxoxo

My Acne and Acne Scars/Pigmentation – What are YOUR solutions?

Hi guys,

It’s taken me a long time to make this post I’ve wanted to do this for ages.

I’ve decided to do it anyway because I’m convinced that it doesn’t even matter that my skin is disgusting at the moment because in the future it will have improved a lot, so..

I wanted to post some pictures of my face right now, and talk about what I’ve tried, what worked and which didn’t work, and just the story behind my dreadful skin.

I’d love to hear your suggestions because my skin really gets me unbelievably down.

I feel disgusting and self-conscious about it and nobody that I know has it this bad, although I’ve seen acne (online) worse.

Here are some pictures (how embarrassing..)

My biggest problem is the dark marks and the pigmentation

The pigmentation marks are so bad it looks like I have active acne when I don’t.

I’ve noticed a pattern though, a week before and a week after my menstrual cycle my skin will be at its worst so I’m more likely to break out.

Even if I leave a spot alone, the mark will still appear where it has been which is so annoying.

I’ve I’m honest I have the same on my shoulders. It’s just pigmentation but it’s so bad that I’m too self conscious to wear certain tops.

What really worked was birth control. I was on Co-Cyprindol for over a year and my skin was flawless. Then I decided to have a complete break from it and all my acne came back in a month, more severely.

Id rather find something topical or natural based than taking a tablet because I don’t want my body dependent on it and then for me to miss a tablet or come off them, my acne to flare severely again.

For my pigmentation I do a sugar scrub every three days, sometimes if I am breaking out and it’s really severe I won’t do this because before it really made my skin bad.

I use tea tree soap from Holland and Barrets daily, which has helped slightly and the Garnier soothing botanical milk and toner with rose water along with the daily moisturising cream (but this is still new in my regime, I will give this a try for at least a month).

So I’m writing this post for suggestions on what has helped for you. It’s taken me a lot of courage to posts pictures of myself!

Comment below or simply email me at louekai@hotmail.com with your suggestions.

I know my skin will be better in the future even if I have to go through chemical peels when I’m more financially stable haha. I’m willing to do anything for normal skin.

Thanks,

Louise oxoxo

My Lip Filler Experience In Detail 👄

Hello beauties,

I hope whoever is reading is having a wonderful day

I’ve decided to be open and write a post about getting my lips enhanced and what the experience was like for me the two times I’ve had them filled.

Both times I have opted to have 1ml of Hydraulic acid aiming to make my top lip fuller and my Cupid’s bow more pouty.

The first time I had them enhanced, I went with a friend who had hers done twice before, and I was asking the lady who was doing the injections sooo many questions because I was so nervous!

Your lips are on your face, I had to make sure I was certain that I wanted this done and knew all the risks possible.. Even though they eventually do dissolve.

On arrival I had to fill out medical forms to rule out whether I had any medical conditions, taking medication and if there’s symptoms that I had been having.

When that was all okay and after I signed a few forms, she applied the anaesthetic numbing cream all around my lips which ended up on my tongue. It felt so weird and cold.

After 10 – 15 minutes once my lips were all numb, she assessed my lips and noticed that my left side was more fuller than my right, so she suggested to put slightly more filler in the right side to even them out.

She then began injecting..

I’m really not going to lie, I panicked and grabbed my friends hand and her hand literally turned blue.

I thought it was really painful..

Your lips are a sensitive place anyway, and having a sharp needle injected is going to hurt.

She did say that the filler contained anaesthetic, so eventually my lips from the inside will numb. Which they did during the end and while I got used to the needles.

When more than half of the filler was used she took a step back and observed where else she could put the filler.

In total I was injected up to 8/10 times, because she was evening out the filler so that it doesn’t look bumpy, uneven and to achieve my desired look.

After the injections, she massaged my lips to even out any lumps of filler, and to spread the filler out.

This process didn’t hurt, it was just pressure on my lips and they felt fine after she stopped injecting.

My first response to my lips was that I wasn’t too sure about them, I thought they would of looked bigger and I thought they just looked like I was pulling a funny expression that’s my honest thoughts, but I wasn’t devastated or disappointed because I knew that the final results of how my lips would look would be in a couple of days or up to a week.

I was given information on aftercare, shown how to massage any bumps and lumps in my lips if I found any, and what to do if there was any symptoms.
When arriving home my lips felt really sore, so I took paracetamol and iced them which helped a lot.

On the night they did double in size, they were really swollen, shiny and sore so I slept it off.

The next day I woke up with no pain what so ever and the swelling did go down a tiny bit, but they were still considerably huge. I was just happy the soreness and aching stopped.

3 days passed my lips didn’t feel sore, swelling went down and they looked lovely. I was still getting used to them.

Personally I didn’t bruise, but some people do bruise easier.

I finally felt really happy with the results two weeks later

I felt like they had finally settled and that I was used to the appearance.

They looked fuller and when I looked at older pictures of myself I was so much happier with the results of my lips.

I could tell when they were going down in size, my top lip went down first.

I could still feel the filler in the lining of my lips but I knew I wanted them to be fuller again. This was in the 4th week.

My friends all said that my lips look so lovely, even when I personally thought they had decreased in size.

So I went back just over a month later to get another ml.

The process was exactly the same but of course I didn’t integrate her with loads of questions because I wasn’t half as nervous!

It did still sting when the lady injected, but after the 3rd pierce of the needle it didn’t hurt as bad as my first experience.

My lips looked a lot bigger than the first time I had them done and I got excited. I was so happy to have fuller lips again!

The after pain was the same and I felt like they felt even more sore than last time. Maybe that’s because I now have 2ml in my lips in total, but this completely went the next day.

The feeling of the fillers in your lips at first will be rock hard, you can’t feel this when your talking but when you feel your lips they do feel hard but this will settle down.

The consultant explained that the first time you have your lips enhanced, the results will go within a month and to maintain it its best to go back after the month to top it up.

After the second enhancement, the results can last up to 6 months and for some even a year, it all depends on how your body gets rid of hydraulic acid.

If you’re happy with the size of your lips then you would just have to maintain the size of your lips, every 6 months.

To gradually build the size of your pout, it’s best to come back within a month to two months.

I’m really happy with my results and you can tell a significant difference when you look at old pictures.

My own mom said that she can tell her much more confident I am in speaking to people just because my lips are enhanced.

Some people may think that’s ridiculous but it just shows how much a difference it can make to your confidence in a positive way.

Make sure when you go and get your lips enhanced, do your research on the place you’re having it done, the filler, check out more than one place, the reviews, what could go wrong and I think you should never go over 1ml each time you go to get them enhanced, because it’s a process that you have to build in getting your lips to the size that you’re finally happy with.

I’m happy with the size of lips so I will be maintaining them every 6 months.

If you have any questions, please comment below I’ll be happy to answer them.

**im going to add pictures soon**

Louise oxo
